HIFIZIQ Exchange Policy
At HIFIZIQ, we do not offer refunds, but we do provide an exchange option for products or sizes. The following conditions must be met to initiate an exchange request
The product will be exchanged free of charge if it has a manufacturing defect .
1.Exchange requests can only be made once per order and must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
2.The product(s) must be unused and unwashed .
3.Tags should remain intact.
4.The product(s) should not be purchased at a sale or discounted price.
5.The product(s) must not be custom altered.
For damaged, partial, or incorrect products received, please provide an unpacking video as proof.
Exchange Process

Customers are required to send the parcel back to us.

Please note that the reverse parcel may take anywhere from 3 to 20 daysafter pickup to reach us.

The exchange will only be processed once we receive the returned parcel and it passes our quality check

Custom Tailored / Altered Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized or altered items.
All items purchased during sale, with discounts, or using coupons or gift vouchers are not eligible for return or exchange.
